Lisa Bolton
GTI gave me the opportunity to gain the practical skills which have allowed me to make a career in the film industry. The technical skills I learned at GTI have been invaluable and I still occasionally refer to class notes! I owe my current career to the foundation training I received at GTI.
Since leaving GTI I have completed an MA in Film Making at Kingston University in London. I now work as an Assistant Producer for the sister companies Lost Eye Films and London Music Video. I also run my own independent production company (Room 12Productions named after the classroom in GTI) I produce / direct short films and music videos. Our latest music video recently won the London 48 Hour Music Video award 2012 and will be London’s representative Music Video in the International 48 Hour Music Video Competition in Los Angeles in March.
