This one-year full time The Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Science course is aimed at students who want to develop their knowledge of Nutrition, Dietetics, Health & Food Science. Students are introduced to the areas of Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Processing and Biology. This course equips the learner with vocational skills and knowledge to acquire the theory, principles and techniques underpinning the science of dietetics, food and health. It also allows students to progress to a variety of third-level courses in the science and nutrition areas throughout Ireland. This is a full-time one-year course and runs from September to May.
