Pre-University Engineering 5M5010

This one-year Pre - University Engineering course has been designed to meet the needs of a variety of students wishing to study Engineering and Construction at third level. Core competencies in Engineering are studied giving students an excellent foundation to their studies. This is a practical based course where learning takes place primarily in workshops and drawing rooms. This is a full-time course runs from September to May.

Progression

Graduates of this course can apply through the CAO or the Higher Education Links Scheme to pursue higher and advanced certificate or degree programmes at national Institutes of Technology, Technological Universities, and Universities. The number of places available may be limited. Applicants should verify specific linked awards and eligibility criteria with the respective Higher Education Institution.
